The PCA report must include the Department’s PCA Cost Schedule Supplement with the signature of the PCA provider;  the costs presented on the PCA Cost Schedule Supplement are expected to be consistent with both the scope of work and immediate costs identified in the body of the PCA report, and with the Applicant’s scope of work and Hard Costs as presented on the Applicant’s development cost schedule;  any significant variation between the costs listed on the PCA Cost Schedule Supplement and the costs listed in the body of the PCA report or on the Applicant’s development cost schedule must be reconciled in a narrative analysis from the PCA provider

Does this mean that a defined scope of work would now be required to be submitted at application with the supplement?

Is the PCA provider attesting to anything by signing the PCA Cost Schedule Supplement?
